Susan Dmitrovsky is currently a senior lawyer with Kuehne Davis Law and has had the opportunity to work her entire career with Benedict P. Kuehne, one of the country’s leading trial and appellate attorneys.
In 1991, Dmitrovsky returned to college to earn a bachelor’s degree in Art History from Florida Atlantic University. A life-changing discussion with a professor shifted Dmitrovsky’s career course from committing to a Master’s Degree in Art History to pursuing a law degree in Art Law. Shortly after entering Shepherd Broad College of Law at Nova Southeastern University, she discovered a passion for criminal law.
To start her legal profession, Dmitrovsky served as a law clerk on South Florida’s first federal death penalty case, working with some of the area’s top criminal defense attorneys. She embraced the opportunity and responsibility and never looked back.
Dmitrovksy has had numerous legal battles and victories, but her proudest accomplishment was winning freedom for a man who was serving a life sentence on a death penalty case after being incarcerated in 1969 at the age of fourteen. That exonerated man now works as a Legal Assistant for Kuehne Davis Law.
After more than 20 years in criminal defense and appellate law, Dmitrovsky is an attorney whose work embodies unwavering devotion with a sense of understanding of client difficulties.
